浙江国际油气交易中心（以下简称“浙油中心”）于2015年5月12日成立，由物产中大集团和舟山市政府联合牵头组建，是浙江省政府批准的全省唯一一家专业从事石油化工产品交易服务的交易平台，是浙江自贸试验区“一中心三基地一示范区”建设的核心环节，是长三角期现一体化油气交易市场建设的主要推动者之一。多年来，浙油中心聚焦服务重大国家战略，落实省委省政府提出的“打造具有话语权、定价权和规则制定权的大宗商品交易中心”工作部署，合规发展，有序创新，在交易服务能力、集成服务能力、产品创新能力、科技支撑能力等方面位于全国地方交易场所前列，跻身行业第一梯队，助力自贸区提升我国以油气为主的大宗商品资源配置能力和价格影响力。

Zhejiang Mercantile Exchange Co., Ltd. (herein after as ZME) was officially incorporated in May 2015. Being the exclusive trading platform providing petrochemical trading services in Zhejiang, ZME was jointly established by Wuchan Zhongda Group Co., Ltd and Zhoushan Municipal Government, and approved by Zhejiang Provincial Government. As the core link of China (Zhejiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone’s (herein after as Zhejiang FTZ) One Center-Three Bases-One Demonstration Zone mission and the main body of the construction of the integrated oil and gas trading market in the Yangtze River Delta, ZME has focused on serving major national strategies, implementing the work plan of building a commodity trading center with power of discourse,power of pricing and power of making rules and has developed in compliance and innovated in an orderly manner and has been in the forefront of local trading places in China in terms of integrated service capacity, product innovation capacity and scientific and technological support capacity, ranking among the first echelon in the industry,

helping Zhejiang FTZ to enhance the allocation capacity and price influence of China's oil and gas-based commodity resources.
